Plot

The show revolves around Emily Byrne. Emily Byrne is an FBI agent. She gets kidnapped and held hostage for 6 years. It leaves people assuming that she has been murdered by the serial killer she was after.
After considering Emily Byrne dead, her husband, Nick Durand, who himself is an FBI agent, remarries and moves on with his life.
Six years later he receives the call from the serial killer, who supposedly killed Emily. He tells Nick that Emily is still alive, and he still has time to save her.
Nick reaches the cabin as addressed by the serial killer. He finds Byrne, nearly drowned in a tank. After she regains her conscience in the hospital, she has no memory of the past six years.
Since Byrne has no memory left of the past six years, she is confused about the present scenario of her husband being remarried. She struggles to regain her memories.
The plot takes a plunge when Byrne herself gets accused of murder. According to the FBI’s theory, Byrne faked her kidnapping to escape from the crimes she might have committed in the past. Evidence too starts building supporting the fact that she might not be as innocent as she seems to be.
