Animal Kingdom

“Animal Kingdom” has been updated for TNT’s sixth season, which will be the last at the event. The news for the final season arrives before the premiere of the fifth season of the crime game, which is slated to kick off on TNT this summer.

In the fifth season of Animal Kingdom, Papa (Hatosi), Craig (Robson), Deran (Tired) and Jay (Cole) continue to wrestle after the events surrounding Schlumpf’s death, including the revenge of family members. With his leaderless kingdom, Cody struggles to maintain a fragile alliance and find out which one has the upper hand. Meanwhile, they seek more information about Pamela Johnson, who is the beneficiary of the Smurfs for her mansion. And in 1984, the increasingly unstable 29-year-old Smurf made his own way by raising Dad and Julia and doing dangerous jobs with new and old friends.

TNT’s Animal Kingdom reached 27 million viewers on all platforms in its fourth season. The series is also among the top 10 Dramas of 2019 for adults aged 18 to 49 at Nielsen Live +7 rating for ad-supported cable.
Animal Kingdom was produced by John Wells Productions in collaboration with Warner Bros. Watching TV. John Wells, Daniele Nathanson and Erin Jontow are executive producers on the series. Animal Kingdom was developed for television by Jonathan Lisko and inspired by the Australian feature film of the same name, written and directed by David Michod and produced by Liz Watts, who is also the executive producer on the series.
