When will Derry Girls season 3 be on TV?

Derry girls have been revived for a third season, with the girls returning back to our screens. However, we may have to wait a little more until the series returns back like many TV shows all around the world. Channel 4 rebuilt for a third series back in April, with filming set to start in June 2020. The filming was put on halt and June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tommy Tiernan has also suggested that the third season could possibly be the shows last.

Fans had anticipated romance between Erin and James will be shown in season 3. So good news is that a third season is on the way, but the bad news is we are unlikely to see it any time soon. To watch seasons one and two, you will need to go onto Channel 4 and All4. Fans are also expecting to see a romantic relationship between James and Erin based on a few hints provided in the second season.
