The popular Formula 1 documentary series, which recalls the great stories of the F1 season, will return to Netflix for its third season on March 19, 2021, despite the fact that the 2020 F1 season has been deeply disrupted.
Formula 1: Drive to Survive is one of the best sports documentaries on Netflix, where the film team follows every Formula 1 series around the world, then collects some of the best stories from the F1 season. We found out about season two around the same time as this year, although for season three we didn’t hear from any official press releases and none of Formula 1 acquaintances announced that the Netflix crew can be back on track.
What To Expect From Formula 1: Drive To Survive Season 3:
The greatest story in F1 history for 2020 is the one that has dominated our lives since early 2020. That’s the global pandemic and its impact on every sport, including F1. F1 has a short season with many faces together. Now each team is divided into a social bubble. Also, expect a large part of the series to be dedicated to Louis Hamilton, who broke this year’s records and became the racer with the most world championships. In the championship standings, the focus is mostly on the midfield, which has been very competitive this year, but Mercedes is still not far away. The 2020 season is also the 70th anniversary of Formula 1 being celebrated at Silverstone with the first race there in 1950.
Another story no doubt about the Racing Point controversy. You are fined for using a previous Mercedes design tested by Renault.
When is Formula 1: Drive to Survive from Netflix Season 3 be released?
New seasons come at the beginning of the year. The first season comes in March 2019 and the second season hits Netflix in February 2020. Based on this, we should look at the third season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive in early 2021, possibly between January and March 2021. According to Lando Norris, the new season ends in March 2021. The show will air on Netflix the weekend before the start of the 2021 season. There is no word on whether season four of Formula 1: Drive to Survive will come or not.
