Kia Motors, a domestic car manufacturer, plans to launch seven models in India, including the Picanto, Sorento, Sportage, Rio, Niro, Optima, and Serato. We hope that the new Kia Picanto will be the first model the company will introduce in India. KIA Picanto must have an impressive design, impeccable workmanship, and a comfortable interior. To believe the media coverage, the company plans to open its first manufacturing facility in the Anantpur region of Andhra Pradesh.
Kia Picanto Exterior
The appearance of the KIA Picanto will be a very good combination. There are many interesting details, such as a stylish glossy black hexagonal grille with chrome trim, draped taillights, smart hoods, and fog lamps that can be comfortably placed on specially designed dams. The back is wrapped in an LED insert for the turn signals. The length of the car is 3595 mm, width – 1595 mm, height – 1485 mm, wheelbase – 2400 mm. In India, the KIA Picanto is offered in the global market in 11 colors.
Kia Picanto Interior
The interior of the Kia Picanto seems quite attractive and will attract a lot of buyers. The 3rd generation KIAPicanto dashboard is completely new and significantly improved, it will enhance the atmosphere of your room. The leather seats and dashboard give the space a luxurious feel. The synthetic leather covers will be available in five colors: glossy black, brown, blue, red, and chalk. All seats are very well cushioned with ample leg and headroom.
Engine & Transmission
The Kia Picanto features include such as the Smartplay infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen and responsive touchscreen, connectivity and Apple CarPlay navigation, rear camera view, and more. The Kia Picanto is based on the same platform as the Grand i10. The car is believed to have been run on gasoline and diesel. However, this is still unclear. Engine options include the same 1.2-liter petrol and diesel powertrains as the Grand i10.
The actual mileage of the Kia Picanto is expected to be 15 to 16 km / h for gasoline engines and 19 to 20 km / h for diesel engines. Exact performance data will be announced when the vehicle hits the market.
Performance & Handling
The KIA Picanto is very good for getting around town and I expect it to be very easy to drive at medium speed. The Picanto’s driving and handling balance is expected to be perfect.
Cars have McPherson struts in the front and torsion beams in the back. If the suspension adjustment is good, then most of the dents, damaged areas of the road, etc.
Once launched, the Kia Picanto will compete with its Hyundai Grand i10 as well as other models such as the Tata Tiago and Maruti Swift.
