KonoSuba is the anime adaption of the manga Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Kanasaki Takaomi is the director of the anime series. The animated series aired in January 2016, in Japan. The fantasy anime, KonoSuba, became an instant hit on its release. Later, the producers adopted the storyline and produced a feature movie on the same by the name KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! Legend of Crimson. The movie delivered on August 30, 2019.
The second season of the series premiered in January 2017. Since then the producers left the fans, anticipating the third season. Apart from all this, the famous videogame developer Ubisoft adapted the storyline. About KonoSuba:
The story revolves around the fantasy set up around a Japanese teenager Kazuma Satō. The plot unfolds after the untimely death of Kazuma. After his demise, he meets a goddess, Aqua. Aqua offers him reincarnation in a parallel world. This world is full of monsters, and Kazuma has to fight them all. The Goddess chooses to accompany Kazuma in his battles with these monsters. They team up with a magician named Megumin and a named Darkness.
They have to defeat their nemesis, Devil King. The show is about the adventure of Kazuma and his team, in the parallel world. The story is full of adventure and fantasy-driven elements. The English-dubbed show is available to stream on many major OTT streaming platforms like Netflix.
KonoSuba Season 3 :
The show producers haven’t still updated on the release dates of the season 3. Though, the chances of season 3 are quite strong. According to some sources, the season was to come out this year itself but got a halt due to the pandemic. Some critics predicted the season 3 to release in 2021.
