Legacies is an American television series. The series runs on a fantasy drama theme. Julie Perk is the creator of the series, Legacies. Featuring the characters of The Originals and The Vampire Diaries It is originally a spin-off of The Originals and The Vampire Diaries. It follows the same fandom and storyline as in The Originals and The Vampire Diaries.

Plot
Since The Legacies is a spinoff of The Originals and The Vampire Diaries, the story setting and the cast is somewhat same and relatable to that of the two-parent series.
Josie and Lizzie are the witches with the power to draw magic from one being or an object and transfer or transform it into someone else. In the town of Mystic Falls of the Legacies, Matt Donovan is the town Sherrif. Jeremy is a vampire hunter.
These Siphoners can retain their magical powers and become hybrid after turning into a vampire, unlike normal witches who loose their magical abilities after they get turned into a vampire. Mystic falls is the epicenter of supernatural activities. It has experienced numerous supernatural attacks over the years. The council established in Mystic Falls to protect humans from these magical attacks got eradicated with time. Now, there is no council. This made humans unclear about the existence of these supernatural creatures living in Mystic Falls.
Season 3
The original date for season three is in October 2020, following the tradition of the release of all the seasons of The Originals, The Vampire Diaries and The Legacies. But, due to the impact of COVID 19, we can very well expect to postpone the dates of the release. We are expecting the show to come by the end of 2021!
We expect more characters from The Originals and The Vampire Diaries to pop-out in the third season!
