Queen Sono Season 2: Release date, cast, plot and Netflix Enters New Territory

Queen Solo is the first South African Original series that was released on Netflix. With its premiere on 28th February 2020, the series was highly appreciated by the viewers of Netflix regarding its release that helped in bridging the gap between the different communities all over the world. With such magnificent projects that lead to void the community discrimination, Netflix has been primarily acknowledged by its viewers.

Queen Sono Season Season 1

Queen Solo is a spy- thriller, that gained enormous popularity and recognition with its first season that consisted of six-episode.

The story narrates with a secret agent, Queen Solo that works for a South African Intelligence Unit and is a highly trained top-spy, whose purpose is to better the lives of the African citizens.

Queen Sono Season 2 Plot

The plot took a turn when the assassin who killed her mother comes out from the prison. The killer left the Queen in shear stress to choose whether her mother or her career. With these situations in place, she was also going through a complicated relationship with her ex SOG partner, Sandhu. These situations led Queen Solo in extreme confusion and distress.

There is no particular update regarding the release of the second season. However, the first season took around a year for production and if the number of episodes of the second season remains same as that of the beginning, the season will probably release in the fall of 2021. However, with the current pandemic situation, we still cannot confirm the updates regarding the production as well as the final release date.
