The Good Place Plot:
The series revolves around the afterlife. In this afterlife, the mortals get assigned to either the good place or the bad place. The people get sorted based on their scores of good deeds. An artificial intelligence named Janet, guide the whole sorting procedure. Eleanor Shellstrop is a selfish saleswoman from Phoenix, Arizona dies. She gets sorted to ‘the good place’. Along with her small-time criminal Jason also gets to ‘the good p[ace’. Everyone soon realizes that it is a big mistake.
Now, they have to earn their place in ‘the good place’. Chidi, a moral philosopher, takes on teaching them to become a good soul. The show is a comic take on the moral values of human beings. Also, how their deeds get reflected in their afterlives.

The show came up with the fourth season recently. It concluded on January 30, 2020. The bad news is that the creators of the show have opted to end the show after the fourth season. Which means, that there are very bleak chances of the show to get another renewal.
