The Muppets first came on TV on the ABC network. The show made its debut on 22nd September 2015. The Muppets were jointly created by Bill Prady and Bob Kushell. ABC Studios had produced the show and Bill Barretta and Randall Einhorn had been executive producers. They were joined by Prady and Kushell. As the name suggests, the show was focused on the personal and professional aspects of the lives of the muppets. This show is actually a mockumentary of shows like The Office, Parks and Recreation, and even Modern Family. Season 1 comprises of 16 episodes. Each episode runs for about 22 minutes. Now, another show is being aired on Disney+ and this recent show has many followers.
Will there be a second season?
The show is produced by The Muppets Studio. It is released on Disney +. This part of the franchise was directed by Kirk Thatcher. Season 1 was just released back in 31st July 2020. Fans are eager to see the second season. That first season only had about six episodes. So it is incredibly early to predict the dates of release for season 2. Fans will simply have to patient about the release date announcement. It can be hoped that the second season might also have six episodes like the first one. There is no news for renewal so everything is up for speculation for now. Season 1 will have it’s the last episode in September so there is still content left for the Muppets fans to enjoy.
