The Walking Dead Season 11

Writer Robert Kirkman and artist Tony Moore had created a comic book series called “The Walking Dead”. The American post-apocalyptic series of the same name is based on those comics. The series is aired on AMC in the United States. The show is broadcasted globally through the Fox Networks Group. We have ten seasons of the show till now. The Walking Dead made its first debut on 31st October 2010. There are even spin-offs of the extremely popular series, named Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: World Beyond. Most of the film shoot for the series takes place in Senoia, Georgia. Frank Darabont has developed the series and also served as the showrunner for the first season. Critics had loved the show at the beginning but withheld their praise for the later seasons. Viewership jas also declined.

What is the series about?

The series is set in a post-apocalyptic world where zombies, also known as Walkers, prove to be a constant danger to humanity, or whatever is left of it. At first, it was implied that only bites or scratches from the walkers are responsible for the creation of zombies. But later on, it was revealed that all humans carry the pathogen that is to be blamed for the mutation. The only way to kill a walker is to destroy his brain or destroy the body.
The show focuses on Rick Grimes. He wakes up from a coma only to discover that the earth has been taken over by walkers or zombies. He leads the group from Georgia and together they fight for survival.
