‘Warrior Nun’ and ‘Fate

A fantasy drama that hooks you up to the screen. Yes, this is Warrior Nun, an upcoming release on Netflix. Warrior Nun is an adaption of manga-style American comic book character created by Ben Dunn. The fans waited for long for the release of the beloved manga’s cinematic adaption.

The series is brought to you by, Simon Barry. The Winx Saga, on the other hand, is an adult drama series. The series is the adaption of Nickelodeon’s animated series, The Winx Club. The show is set to release on Netflix in 2020 itself.

Plot: (Warrior Nun)

The story revolves around a girl named Ava. She wakes up in a church, after facing a near-death experience, with a mysterious symbol engraved on her back.  Ava becomes a warrior nun, chosen by the church to fight the demons, alongside her other priests and nuns. The symbol, which is on the back of Ava since she woke up, is the power source. It gives Ava powers to pass through walls and solid objects.

Ava along with her colleagues, Beatrice, Shotgun Mary, Lilith, and Camila, get to pursue a dangerous woman. The woman somehow gets to open the gates of heaven. She is about to use the portal for something very cynical.

Plot (Fate: The Winx Saga):

The story revolves around five very distinct friends. These five friends attend the magic boarding school, Alfea. In the school, they have to master the magic along with struggling with their day to day teenage issues.

Release dates:

Warrior Nun will release on 2nd July 2020 and ‘Fate: The Winx Saga’ is also going to be on screens this year. Though there is no official date for the release for Fate, we can expect the series to hit Netflix by the end of this year.
