The HBO Max has announced that the quarantine cooking show will return for season two. Selena Gomez, a 28-year-old actress’s home cooking show has been renewed for its second season and the fans are excited about the second season.

In celebration of the show’s renewal, Gomez took viewers around the shows set beautiful kitchen where she showed the Audience kitchens pasta shelves, coffee and tea station, collections of cookbooks, multicoloured spoons. The second season of Selena+chef show not only gives rise to a new set of delicious recipes varying from trouble but also a new slate of culinary specialists and friendships to be brought out. The show’s producer had disclosed that the first season has a total of 10 episode series which was filmed remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The filming procedure of the show entailed crew arming cameras inside Gomez’s kitchen and living room and controlling the machines from outside. The actress, as well as a singer, also serves as an executive producer of the series shared that participating in the show and rediscovering a passion for food and cooking has helped her get out of her quarantine trench. She said at CTAM that the show was an opportunity to make something that could make people smile.

Season one of the show Selena+Chef with all its 10 episodes is available to watch on HBO Max. The running time of each episode is 22-27 minutes. Gomez will proceed with her cooking adventures in season 2 of the show at home with a new culinarian, who will help her whip up delicious dishes. Each chef will highlight a different charity in each episode like the first season.
